Great job to both teams! Big thanks to everyone who helped get the fields looking good!! Our track team competes on the road today at Hampden Academy starting at 4pm. Today 6th grade had the opportunity to attend a live virtual field trip with the State of Maine Museum. Sixth graders learned about the history of logging in Maine. They had the chance to learn about the logging camps, river drivers, and sawmills. They learned a lot and had a great time interacting with the presenters.

It has been a fun week in Milford! Tuesday our 7th grade students went on the first student council sponsored field trip to The Hudson Museum, Collins Center for the Arts, UMaine Recreation Center, and campus tour! Students learned about Wabanaki culture, made their own “birch bark” basket, soared above the stage at Collins Center, ate lunch on campus, and walked the beautiful local college campus! Students left with new knowledge and excitement about someday attending a college or university!
