Boys soccer update:
If only you could have watched the Boys Soccer match against Glenburn last night. It was one for the ages. One minute before the game started, Colton M suffered an injury and had to sit for the game. Landon M stepped up to fill in the sacred role of goalkeeper. The first half started bleak and ended with Milford down 1-5. Glenburn played tough and proved to be a worthy opponent. But it was the second half where we found our rhythm. Landon wowed the audience with some miraculous diving saves and kept Glenburn scoreless the entire second half. A series of goals from Douglas P, who ended the game with a hat trick, and John L, who also put a couple numbers on the board, made it so Milford tied up the game. But it was overtime where we faced our final hour. An impossible shot to block from Glenburn’s star player ended the game with a 6 – 5 loss. Regardless, the Boys showed what they’re capable of and are ready to get back at it tonight against Center Drive.

Boys soccer update:
The boys soccer team left it all on the field last night at Caravel. The boys took a loss but didn’t let it get their spirits down. In the words of one of our own, “We may not be the best team, but we do have the best emotions and best celebrations.” That celebration did not disappoint when John L scored in the second half-- I think everyone from Carmel to Milford heard our team cheer. The boys continue to improve with each game and take every loss as a lesson.
Girls soccer update:

The team may have remained scoreless but they kept their heads in the game the entire time and showed much improvement after a slow start. The ref even commented on how much the girls have improved this season and how they never stop trying, even when they are behind!
